MFlow Track is a world first and has been designed primarily for use in airports. It automates the secure and fast flow of passengers through specific points in an airport (e.g. security and border check points) by enabling an airport to assign a biometric of a passenger to a form of identification (e.g. boarding pass). This ensures that only the person assigned to that piece of identification can travel through secure areas during that journey, particularly if they are travelling in areas where there is a mix of passengers requiring different security level checks (Common User Lounge).
Fundamentally the solutions key advantage is that it provides an airport with a way to manage the flow of passengers in a secure, consistent, fast way and therefore make the customer experience a positive one.
The system works by enrolling the image of a passenger’s face which can be triggered by a number of prompts such as scanning a boarding pass or passport. The system can then anonymously assign the image of the persons face to the item being used meaning that as the individual travels through the key airport security hubs they can only pass through areas they are enabled to travel in.
In a common user lounge environment this can be used to ensure that international travellers cannot skip security checks and travel on domestic flights, with an enrolment and identification time of seconds it also ensures that the passenger’s journey is both quick and uninterrupted.

MFlow Track enables airports both to increase security and assurance that passengers travelling through secure areas are and remain who they say they are whilst enabling passengers to move around the airport environment faster with less interruption which in turn drives up customer satisfaction:
