MSite is a biometric access control and workforce management and reporting system that collects and reports on different streams of operational data.
It has been built entirely in house by Human Recognition Systems and was designed specifically to meet the requirements of the construction industry, with key focus on guaranteeing:
Benefits include:
MSite can be deployed on both Building or Civils projects. In either instance, biometric technology such as hand geometry is used to verify a workers identity as they arrive and leave site. This transaction data is then stored and feeds into a comprehensive reporting engine. All reports can be generated by individual named site worker, by contractor, site wide or company-wide.
MSite is not just a standalone solution that can be deployed on a single construction site. At the click of a button, company-wide reports can be generated providing headquarters visibility of their workforce operations across the entire estate. You can use the system to build a configurable corporate KPI dashboard which can be viewed in real-time.
Key reports include:
MSite can be delivered in two different formats to suit your construction needs:

Designed for construction sites with a fixed perimeter, MSite Pod is a portable unit that houses a full height turnstile and the required biometric hardware to transition workers onto and off site through the MSite access control and workforce management solution, key benefits include:

Designed for construction sites with no fixed perimeter, MSite Lite is a small enclosure that houses a biometric device along with a 3G Router and power supply. This format of MSite is designed to deliver all of the same benefits of the MSite Pod but for environments where there is no physical perimeter. Key benefits include:
In addition to the range of reports and KPI dashboard that is delivered with MSite there are a number of additional modules that you can add on to tailor the product to meet your needs.
Environment
The environment module has been designed to enable automated reporting on local labour and carbon emissions.
Pre-enrol
The pre-enrol module saves time and money spent on the lengthy administrative task of enrolling site workers. It enables sub contractors to log into an online portal and enroll all site workers that they are to provide to site. This dramatically reduces the amount of time it takes for a site administrator to induct a new worker onto the project e.g. 1-2 hours per worker.
Advanced Muster/Roll Call
Advanced Muster/Roll Call is used to track the number of workers on site at the point of a live evacuation. If an evacuation event should occur, MSite will provide a report detailing all people that are unaccounted for.
PhotoID
PhotoID cards can be printed using MSite. A photo card can then be used in conjunction with a site workers biometric identity offering enhanced security via dual factor authentication.
