What is MTrust?

MTrust is a an identity capture solution that allows an organisation to consistently and reliably capture identity credentials according to often complex, company-defined policies, whilst automatically and efficiently managing the workflow of verification checks required to give certainty to credentials underpinning the identity.

How does it work?

• A unique record is created by capturing an individual’s biometric data
• Rules based engine (industry / organisation specific) will integrate with external databases to check validity of identity
• Employee records are stored and accessed securely online
• The system can be integrated with legacy systems and is configurable
• Existing employee data eg: criminal record checks, training records, can be standardised and attached to the employees record
• Using the biometric data, employees are able to view and authorise their own records from remote locations (depending upon the biometric data used for the authentication)
