Bringing Intelligence to Identity Solutions

Press Release

Bristol to become the next UK Airport deploying HRS anti-backtrack solution

May 2nd, 2012

Human Recognition Systems (HRS) is pleased to announce that Bristol Airport have selected MFlow Exit Lanes to manage passenger ‘backtracking’ through their International and Domestic routes.

The solution which uses advanced behavioural analytic technology to monitor passenger movements prevents unauthorised access to secure zones through a series of early warning alerts and system controlled doors.  This negates the need for security personnel to actively manage specific areas of the terminal and provides the real time intelligence needed to quickly respond to potential security concerns.

As one of Human Recognition Systems most established products MFlow Exit Lanes enables virtual boundaries to be defined by individual clients enhancing security within each unique environment.  Already successfully deployed at Manchester, Newcastle and Edinburgh Airports, the solution provides automated 24/7 coverage of secure areas.  This key technology together with the wider suite of MFlow products collectively deliver operational and security critical information to some of the UK’s busiest airports.

With the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympics fast approaching Human Recognition Systems are pleased to play their part in getting passengers moving in the right direction ensuring a smooth and stress free journey.
